This is an immensley awesome book.  It is a true work of art that describes the coming of age of a young boy named Charlie and his ups and downs as he becomes a man and tries to make sense of the world around him.  Not since The Catcher in the Rye has a book been this powerful and thought-provoking.  Read it with a box of tissues (especially the last chapter).  Highly recommended...one of my favorites.
